Gather around the table in the open plan orangery and gaze at the views over the pretty garden and sociable terrace area. Plenty of space for all the family around this table, with younger members well provisioned for with highchairs. Light simply serenades this home in every room, none more so than the orangery with its roof lantern above and windows and doors overlooking the garden. Why not take the party outside? Throw open the doors and flow out to the sunny patio and sizzle up a storm on the gas-fired barbecue.

After a day spent splashing about on the lake or adventuring at nearby Brockhole, throw your mucky attire into the washing machine hidden away in the secret utility room-pantry.

Returning to the entrance hall, sneak a peek at the stylish downstairs WC, before making your way up to discover the sleeping sanctuaries above.
