If you are searching for a breathtaking house for a special occasion or family get together, look no further. Beech Rock offers a comfortable retreat with open plan entertaining space alongside 5 beautiful suites. Make memories that will last a lifetime and keep you coming back time and time again.

From the front door, enter into the bright and open entrance hallway, sneak a peek at the huge expanse of space ahead, as the light floods in through the huge bifold doors of the glass fronted terrace onto the sprawling decking. Hang your coat and kick off your boots before exploring what Beech Rock has to offer.

Flow through into the wow-factor open-plan living area. The perfect room to relax, entertain and dine with family and friends, in the sunny summer months why not open the bifolding doors and take your dining al fresco for a barbecue on the terrace? To the left is the open-place bespoke kitchen, a natural hub, chat around the island with a drink as dinner is cooking on the electric Aga. Open a chilled bottle of champagne from the fridge and raise a glass to happy holidays in sublime surroundings.

Slip through into the large, light living room which drinks in views of the outside. Snuggle up on one of the three cosy sofas to watch your favourite movie on Netflix and listen to the crackle from the elegant log burning fire. Or perhaps you’d rather spend the evening spending quality time with the whole family playing board games provided for your use?

Whatever the season, flow out onto the balcony and sooth your muscles in the hot tub whilst gazing up at the stars in the winter months. Enjoy the blissful serenity of the rustling trees and complete privacy whilst relaxing under the Luxury spa jets. Sink down into the plump cushion’s of the outdoor sofa and enjoy views on to the beautifully manicured garden below .

Nestled on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom, where double doors open out to the terrace and hot tub. The perfect room for family members young or old, within easy reach of the main entertaining space and kitchen, this room boasts a beautifully equipped en-suite bathroom.

Returning to the entrance hallway, freshen up in the downstairs WC before making your way up the staircase. Before arriving at the mezzanine landing, gaze out from the enormous cathedral window ahead, framing leafy views out to the front.

Woodland views entreat upon arrival in each of the four sumptuously styled suites – each benefitting from their own dressing room and en-suite. This home was built to avoid ‘bedroom envy’ – each bedroom has been carefully designed so that every bedroom is a ‘master’. Sumptuous, top quality beds with bi-sprung mattresses offer a blissful night’s sleep. French doors in 3 of the 4 upstairs bedrooms frame views out over the perfectly private garden. High ceilings are a motif found in every bedroom, for an airy and inviting ambience. All bathroom fittings throughout Beech Rock are of the finest quality by Villeroy and Boch and Duravit. Nestled close by are the dressing rooms furnished with walk-in wardrobes providing plenty of hanging and shelving space.

Seek sanctuary in the boutique family bathroom located off the landing, where a deep freestanding tub promises to soothe your aches and set you up for slumber.

Outside, Beech Rock represents an oasis of calm in the busy bustle of Bowness. Beneath the canopy of trees surrounding the expanse of lawn below the hot tub balcony, watch for the grazing of deer. A truly remarkable sight. Set to a backdrop of mature woodland, nature is in abundance. Surrounded by rhododendrons, admire the haze of colour in springtime, followed by the firework display of autumnal shades at the end of summer. A constantly changing environment throughout the seasons, enjoy snowy days snuggled up beside the log burner as the flurries fall.
