With many years of property management experience, looking after a portfolio of luxury holiday properties, we are well versed in security, maintenance, cleaning, garden services and emergency procedures.

We check all of our properties on an agreed basis, liaising with security companies, Av, police and alarm providers to make sure security is the number one priority. We offer secure key holder responsibility; emergency call out and ad-hoc visits.

Whether you are looking for regular maintenance & security, house preparation for stays, providing access to tradespeople, accepting deliveries or simply managing the mail – we can help.

Our ad-hoc services can be used to dress your house for Christmas, prepare a house for a birthday or event, set up for clear down after a dinner party or support during renovations.

You will work with your own dedicated Property Manager to make sure when you arrive at your holiday home, your home is warm, cosy, clean and ready for you.

Retreats & Hideaways second home management is designed to make sure that the house does not deliver any nasty surprises on your arrival, such as leaks, boiler/plumbing issues or security breaches and that instead any maintenance work can be carried out as and when required. 

As a condition of most insurance policies, the house should not stay empty for a prolonged period, as this deems the property uninhabited. In most cases this will null the insurance policy, usually the property must be visited  twice monthly as a minimum term.

We want our owners to arrive to a house and for it to be warm, with the lights on, fresh flowers and milk in the fridge and not to arrive back to the discovery of a leak or problems for them to have to deal with.

A call out or additional visit, could be a call out to an emergency, meeting a tradesperson, providing access or coming to set the house up for your arrival and fill the fridge? It is a visit that will last around an hour.
