You will work with your own dedicated Property Manager to make sure when you arrive at your holiday home, your home is warm, cosy, clean and ready for you.
Retreats & Hideaways second home management is designed to make sure that the house does not deliver any nasty surprises on your arrival, such as leaks, boiler/plumbing issues or security breaches and that instead any maintenance work can be carried out as and when required.
As a condition of most insurance policies, the house should not stay empty for a prolonged period, as this deems the property uninhabited. In most cases this will null the insurance policy, usually the property must be visited twice monthly as a minimum term.
We want our owners to arrive to a house and for it to be warm, with the lights on, fresh flowers and milk in the fridge and not to arrive back to the discovery of a leak or problems for them to have to deal with.
